Press days were one of my favorite things to shoot, mostly because I'd use them to experiment and look for things that I knew I wouldn't be able to shoot during race day. A2 was an example of this. Typically, they only use a portion of the track and never use the whoops. For this one, they made a corner that wasn't used on Saturday to reconnect back to the abbreviated course. It happened to line up with a very clean background (which is hard to find in an advertising-heavy stadium setting. Here are some of my favorites from that corner.
